Orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas. * Shipping costs for orders weighing above 2 Kg will be displayed at the Checkout We will do everything we can to ensure as fast and efficient delivery as possible. We try to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. All Next Working Day orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend, we will dispatch it the following Monday. These delivery options apply to orders sent to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Shetlands, Orkney Islands, Sark, Herm and BFPO addresses, all up to a weight of 2kg. In the instance of oversize, overweight or bulky items we will contact you to confirm any increased shipping cost. CancellationsIf you change your mind and decide not to go ahead with your order, you can cancel within 14 days from the date we receive your order. To cancel your order before dispatch, we recommend that you contact us by phone as soon as you can after placing your order, and we will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you will need to wait until you receive your order and then follow the Returns procedure.
