Amazing how a little straw can make such a huge difference to a long run! I bought these thinking I would finally be able to drink without the struggle of taking out and more importantly putting back the flasks in my running vest on the fly. What a revelation! Just dip my head down and sip...without even breaking stride. A must for anyone running long!
