Pro: Very comfortable. Very stretchy. The legs can comfortably be rolled up to just below the knee and stay in place. Lots of pockets. No leg zip to break (but see "con").

Con: Very long (but do stay turned up). The pockets can be slightly tricky to get into (explained below). I miss the front velcroed pockets that the shorts have which I use a lot. The legs won't roll up above the knee (too tight). No zip at bottom of legs to ease removal when you're tired post-run (but see "pro").

Overall: A nice piece of kit which saves having to wear a pair of LD shorts over normal tights, but I do miss the secure pockets. (The conventional internal pocket doesn't make up for the loss, IMO.)

Pockets: Since the pockets are elasticated, I slide my fingers down my LD shorts and they slip into the pockets; on the tights, they tend to catch on the inner part of the pocket sewn to the tights which can be annoying when you're tired or running fast and just want to get stuff out quickly.
