Not quite was I was hoping for November 23, 2013 Reviewer: Ben Smith from Chingford, London United Kingdom   Slightly thicker texture than many other gels which wouldn't have been a problem if the taste had been better. The texture was very treacle-y and the taste was more like liquorice than coffee. It did the job as an extra kick at the start of a 5k PB attempt but I wouldn't buy it again.
