The Fastpack 35 litre lightweight running pack is a must for all runners who want to get about with their gear.... fast!
It's lightweight in itself with all the features you need at your finger tips... like the big ol' front pocket for water bottles or soft flask..I have 500ml soft flasks in mine and it hold it securely.
the big zip pocket on left breast holds phone, gels, keys and buff and gloves... so far... I could squeeze more in but don't need to as there are other pockets on the front! AND easy to reach huge side pockets and the main hold is where I can store my camping equipment... tent, mat, sleeping bag, stove emergency grab bag, freeze dried food and some water, and the roll down top is a bonus and the straps keep everything secure.
The extra unsealed back pocket is great and sizeable enough to put your wet kit in ... but it's the waist belt that helps support it all and the side straps pull everything into place to stop it ALL jiggiling about on my back
