I purchased my first pair of Hokkas and brought the wrong size, returning them was super easy and they sent the right size out very quickly.  Friendly emails and people to speak to. Excellent service we have since brought many trainers from here.

I run in the speedgoat 3 so thought I’d go for the waterproof speedgoat mid as a walking boot, that I can also run in if I fancy.
They are comfortable straight out of the box, sizing wise they come up slightly bigger than the speedgoat 3 running shoe, but that wasn’t a problem just means more room for thicker socks in winter.
