Brilliant trail shoe September 4, 2018 Reviewer: chris foden from barrow in furness, cumbria United Kingdom   The Hoka Speedgoat 2 are the best trail shoes I have ever ran in! I ran a 26 mile trail run straight out the box no hot spots or any rubbing, have run a further two marathons back to back no problem! They aren’t water proof but do drain fast and I went up half a size just to be sure I don’t get black tonsils. Delivery was fast and the price was the best I could find for the style I wanted I would definitely recommend this site. Was this review helpful to you?

I love these shoes! December 1, 2017 Reviewer: Joseph Swan from Leeds, West Yorkshire United Kingdom   Speedgoat 2's are a awesome for 15+ mile runs or if you want to rip around really technical trails. The combination of really aggressive tread combined with a meta-rocker that just seems to want goad you into running fast makes runs in these shoes feel really fun. Their ability to grip across technical trails is stunning and they are as comfy at mile 1 as they are at mile 30+. They are a bit overkill if you've not got some gradient to run over and make an odd noise on tarmac (you can really hear the grip they have), but find a hill, forest or trail and these things really help you light up the countryside. Men's Hoka Speedgoat 2 September 11, 2017 Reviewer: Edward Goodwin from Cannock, Staffordshire United Kingdom   Fantastic trail shoe, the best I have run in. The cushioning is massive. Width is a little narrow, but nothing that won't give over time. Go half to 1 size over your normal shoe size. I returned the initial size 11 and exchanged for 11.5. 11.5 or 12 would of been good. I weigh 15 stone, so the cushioning out weighs any initial breaking in. I have ran 3 times in the speedgoats. One run of 6 mile, one run of 17 mile, and one run of 18 mile over undulating trail terrain. After these initial breaking in runs, I am very confident of completing marathon/ultra distances in the speedgoats, without any blister/ rubbing problems. I would 100% recommend this shoe and the ultramarathonrunning store. They dealt with my initial exchange quickly and kept me informed of the progress of exchange. Speed Goat 2 - great shoes! August 14, 2017 Reviewer: Jeremy Sharpe from Stockbridge, Hampshire United Kingdom   Hoka have fixed the high arch and narrow toe box from the speed goat 1 and this is now a first class off road distance trainer.  I am now over a hundred miles into these and they are stable, responsive and very very comfortable.
